Traditionally, Autumn is the time of the year our ancestors celebrated the Harvest. Now, it’s our privilege to celebrate your success annually at our community event.

When I first immigrated to the United States 27 years ago I had $ 20 in my pocket and two luggage bags worth of bedding and cook wear. I had to re-establish my life all over again.

As soon as jet-lagging went away I got myself a low-paying job, a crappy old Volkswagen Fox, an AT&T phone plan, and a AAA insurance. Why would I sign up for some of the most expensive service providers when I was literally broke? I was too poor to buy bad services because I had no money to pay double in case of a troubleshooting.

Miser pays twice, Slavic people trust this saying. We’ve always appreciated good products and quality services. That’s why we first started this event, The Best by the Russian-Speaking Community Business Awards Ceremony. For years we would come together to acknowledge American businesses voted Best by the Slavic consumers.

Today, 25 years later, we have an increasing number of Slavic businesses voted Best by the American patrons. Many small mom and pop shops established by the members of the Slavic community decades ago became industry leaders that provide products and services that win over consumer trust. It’s incredible to see Slavic-owned businesses grow beyond the Russian-speaking market.

At this event we are get together to celebrate them all, the mainstream organizations voted Best by the Russian-speaking consumers, and Slavic professionals and business owners accredited by the American clients. Hard work pays off; so let’s make the pay day for those who put their heart, mind, and soul in what they do! Congratulations to all of Award Recipients!

Stage Awards

Each year we spotlight ten Best Business nominations during the Annual Best Business Awards Ceremony & Gala. Honorees are announced during the ceremony and presented with their award on stage. This highly exclusive award presentation is a privilege offered to the most esteemed honorees.

VIP Reception Awards

Our top fifty honorees have a chance to receive their awards at the VIP Reception held prior to Annual Best Business Awards Ceremony & Gala. VIP reception attended by elite guests, high level executives, government officials, and finalists of Miss California International. It provides the second best level of exposure after the stage presentation.

Regional Awards

Honorees that are not presented with their awards on stage or at the VIP Reception have an option of receiving their awards at their place of business. To compensate for the lack of public exposure during the award presentation, the honorees are offered an opportunity to be spotlighted in the Best Business section of print, digital, and social media channels.
